DRYWALL PARTITIONING
Drywall partitioning is an effective method of dividing areas in industrial, commercial and residential spaces. It is quick and efficient to install with minimal mess and uses a galvanised steel track and stud system clad with 12mm plasterboard.
A standard system provides a 30-minute fire rating, while higher fire ratings of 60 and 120 minutes can be achieved using combinations of Firestop boards (12mm or 15mm) within the system.
These systems can also be configured to achieve different acoustic performance levels, including the use of Soundbloc boards for improved sound insulation.
Additional applications include:
- Secure wall systems using galvanised steel sheeting within the structure
- Aluminium door and glazing sections for custom openings
- Glass view panels to allow natural light between spaces
- A wide range of door options including timber, glazed aluminium and sliding systems
Finishes can include paint, wallpaper, acoustic treatments or decorative wall panels depending on project requirements.
CEILINGS AND BULKHEADS
Suspended ceilings consist of modular grid systems (1200 x 600 or 600 x 600) used in office, retail and warehouse environments. They create a clean finish while concealing services such as electrical and air-conditioning systems.
Tile options include:
- Acoustic Mineral Fibre
- Gypsum Vinyl Clad
- Calcium Silicate
- Acoustic Timber
Flush plastered ceilings use concealed grid systems or steel brandering with gypsum boards, finished with skimmed joints for a smooth painted surface.
Bulkheads can be installed in L-shape, U-shape, stepped or light trough designs to create architectural features with integrated lighting.
Isoboard ceilings are also available for thermal insulation, suitable for commercial, industrial and residential applications, including bathrooms and kitchens.
TOILET CUBICLE PARTITIONS
The toilet cubicle system is flexible, adaptable and cost-effective, designed for commercial washroom environments where durability and hygiene are essential.
The T1 system is lightweight and constructed from various substrates encased in anodised aluminium channels. It is available in a variety of colours and finishes including Melawood and Formica.
The T2 system is a premium modular frameless system constructed from 12mm high pressure laminate boards. It is robust, vandal resistant and low maintenance, with water resistance and height adjustable feet systems for durability and ease of installation.
Both systems are available in a wide range of colour and woodgrain finishes to suit project requirements.
SHOPFRONTS
Aluminium and glass shopfront systems provide a modern, low maintenance solution for commercial buildings. These systems can significantly enhance the appearance and value of a property.
Available finishes include powder coated colours and anodised aluminium.
Installation options include:

- Aluminium windows (sliding, fixed pane, side hung and top hung configurations)
ACOUSTIC SOLUTIONS
We provide modern acoustic solutions designed to improve sound performance and visual aesthetics in commercial environments.
Selecta ceiling canopies are fleece-lined glasswool absorber panels (40mm thick), available in sizes ranging from 1100 x 1100mm to 2400 x 1100mm. These can be combined in various configurations to create flexible geometric ceiling layouts.
Suspended cable systems allow installation beneath almost any structure, offering wide design flexibility.
Ideatec timber wall cladding provides an acoustic slatted timber finish with a black acoustic fibre backing, achieving up to 0.80 NRC (Noise Reduction Coefficient). This system combines visual warmth with effective acoustic control.
